0.130 Mm High Precision Fine Wire Diamond Die For Drawing Machine
Introduction
(1) The installation foundation of wire drawing machine shall be very stable to avoid vibration;
(2) During installation, the tension axis of the wire rod shall be symmetrical with the center line of the die hole through debugging, so as to make the stress of the wire rod and the stay wire die act evenly;
(3) Avoid frequent starting and stopping in the process of drawing, because the friction caused by the tensile stress at the beginning of drawing is much greater than that during normal drawing, which will increase the wear of the die.
The wire used for drawing shall be pretreated
(1) Surface pretreatment: for wires with dirty surface and many impurities, they should be cleaned and dried before drawing; For the wire with more oxide scale on the surface, it shall be drawn after acid refining and drying; For the wire with peeling, pit, double skin and other phenomena on the surface, it should be polished by the grinder before drawing;
(2) Heat treatment: for wires with excessive or uneven hardness, the hardness shall be reduced by annealing or tempering, and the wires shall maintain good hardness uniformity before drawing.
